JANUARY
WEDDINGS
(a.k.a. something i can't wait to happen, but for now it's just a dream)
so this monthly tribute is going to be a little different... but it works!
so let me catch you up with my life...
first semester OVER!
christmas break AMAZING but sadly over :(
second semester has started off pretty well actually!
cate (one of my roommates) has gotten married and moved out, and will live happily ever after!
we have a new FABULOUS roommate kaysie! she is TALL and sparkly!
jess is in vegas for the week to watch Danica Olsen compete in the Miss America Pageant.
bri was asked by her lover to marry him over christmas break! all we do is stare at her glittering diamond!
and breann is still madly in love with jason who is miles and miles away serving the Lord!
so what have i been doing you ask? well.... dreaming! i can honestly say i've never thought about how i wanted my wedding until i moved in to 319! cate was dating jordan (her husband) and i moved in just in time to wait and watch the engagement! after that special night of her's... she planned. and planned. and stared at her ring. then i stared. then bri stared, and counted the diamonds. then jess stared. then it started over again! then back to planning! now bri is engaged and all we do is lay on the couches in our apartment and talk about her wedding... her dress. her colors. where it will be. and how sparkly her shoes will be!
now it's my turn!! haha no i'm not engaged! but i officially have my dream wedding planned! well what it should look like at least! wanna see?? okay!!!
THE PERFECT DAY TO ME!
he will be a lovely man!
(a returned missionary with facial hair please)
and someone who can take me to the temple.
(temple ceremony in the morning)
(i would LOVE a winter wedding! so everything will be winterized!)
after the ceremony i will
paint my nails gold and do simple yet classically gorgeous makeup.
(gold, pearl, and black will be my colors)
my hair will flow softy, with my natural curl.
if i have a veil, a braid will do. if not just down and long.
my dress will be all lace. three quarter length sleeves with a long train.
and a winter coat to keep me warm.

the shoes for my feet are undecided...
high boots, glitter gold flats or heels, or short boots are on the list.
(if there is snow... boots! if not... heels or flats!)
my girls... classic and sparkly!
gold glitter dress. black tights and heels. gold jewelry.
(not sure what shoes they will wear if there is snow)

(after we are all ready.... we will be)
bundling up for pictures.
(hopefully in the snow)
at the reception you will be greeted by
lovely sleighs pulled my horses where you will be whisked off to a barn!
(please be red... and you won't find me standing in a line)
inside
LIGHTS EVERYWHERE!
with pictures strung across rope held on by clothes pins.
also, tables and chairs for people to sit at.
hot chocolate will be served.
in to go cups... of course!!
and....
all sorts of cupcakes!
my cake will be covered in
PEARLS!
and lastly SPARKLERS
EVERYWHERE!!!
hey.... a girl can dream can't she?!?!
