wondering why

good morning friends. i'm sitting in the losee center at uvu and i'm wondering. wondering why... or maybe how is a better word; this world got to be so fast pace?. i guess i'm not dumb.. i know why. well i think i do. iphones. technology really. fast cars. multitasking. etc... right? maybe i'm wrong? i'll let you decide for yourself. but from where i sit i wish it would all just slow down.

(except colton's mission, that can speed up) 

stop and smell the roses people! it's a beautiful day out! granted most of us are stuck inside a high school, university, or work building. BUT! 

take your lunch outside. 

take the outdoors route to your class. 

go for a walk. 

i know i'm going to! 

also, where did all the important conversations go? the ones that really matter. the words, feelings, and thoughts that mean more than what the girl is wearing next to you and if you like it or not. or talking about someone's weight behind their back when it's really none of your business. where is the love people? where are the words about what we can do to make our world a better place? lately i've been craving a lovely gentlemen or kind lady to sit with, sip my pumpkin spice latte, and speak true, heartfelt, and meaningful words.
