fun facts about melissa..

so lately, when hanging out with someone i've been saying, at random times, to new people i've met, or are meeting.... "fun fact about melissa..." i don't know why so don't ask. (maybe it's because i think it's funny.) who knows. but i was thinking... maybe i should write down some of these 'fun facts' and let them be read.

so here it goes!....
(in random order, okay obviously melissa... and as many as i can think up)

1. i am super sympathetic and empathetic. i will and can listen to people's problems, stories, worries, life lessons... give it to me and i'll listen. i can sit and listen to someone talk for hours. i will give anyone all the sympathy they need. sometimes that's all someone really needs. a little pitty party and things are good. i also have a great shoulder for crying on. you need one? i got it. i am very good and sharing feelings and talking about them with others. like i said i'll listen.
2. i'm a hopeless romantic. love stories? yeah, they are ALL REAL! i swear.
3. love is perfect in my mind. that's, that.
4. what am i most excited for in life? to be married and start a family. if i could... i would do it tomorrow.
5. i'm adopted... wait say what? yeah, but really i am.
6. i can't feel when people touch my feet. i have to see them touching my feet in order to know. now when i say my feet... i mean my heels, toes, and balls of my feet. why? i'm a dancer. those areas are so callused i honestly can't feel some of the most painful things.
7. therefore my feet are not ticklish.
8. give me a new song and i'll either know it half way through, or the next time i hear it.
9. i hate, hate, hate rude people. it's really not that hard to be nice to someone. it's not hard to tell someone that you appreciate them, love them, or that they simply look pretty or handsome that day. everyone loves that stuff, and it's good for the soul.
10. i love ice cream but it makes me sick. No, i am not lactose... i love milk and can drink it just fine. along with eating other dairy products. but for some reason ice cream makes me not feel so hot, but i eat it anyway.
11. i will do everything and anything, absolutely anything for the people that i love. i tend to put other before me 100% of the time. sometimes it's a problem, but i love to do it and it's what i've made my life to be.
12. i have a serious craving to serve others. i want more than anything to go to a place to help families and people have a better life. i've been given so much... why not let someone else have a chance.

14. leggings over jeans or pants every time.
15. i HATE being called dude. once, i went to a school dance in high school and was referred to as dude by my date the whole night. NOT ONCE was i called by my name. "dude, you look good tonight" didn't quite do it for me.
16. pitch perfect is perfect and i can quote the whole movie.
17. i miss my missionary a ton.
18. i love fashion. i love having my own style and rockin it.
19. sometimes i believe i would be a better boy. dressing wise. boys clothes... YUM!!! let me dress you please?
20. i wouldn't mind being a professional shopper.
21. right now, i'm wanting to go to school to become a marriage and relationships counselor. it could change.
22. one of my most important possessions would be my music.
23. i secretly think i'm hilarious.
24. i have a distinct walk... i walk like a duck, and it was quite the joke in high school so therefore i was voted best walk.
25. favorite sport.. baseball every time! something about a man in tight pants just really does it for me... just kidding! i love the atmosphere of the game. really just everything about it seems quite perfect.
26. words i hate: moist, the f word, and feast.
27. fruit cups, they're great.
28. i wear the same jewelry every day. two necklaces, eight rings, a watch, and a leather bracelet.
29. i have two best friends. they're pretty cool i guess.
30. i hate chocolate milk.
31. i have zero games on my iphone. i find them a waste of time.
32. i have a guitar but i don't know how to play... YET.
33. i melt over man who can sing.
34. social media. LOVE. i just really do.
35. i love a good backpack. weird i know, but i do.
36. i love winter... but i love summer more.
37. this is gonna sound way bad... and it's not like i did it on purpose. but melissa has only ever dated baseball players.
38. my ideal outfit. a tee shirt and shorts with sandals. oh and my hair air dried.
39. i get ready the same way every day. not a single thing goes out of order. if it does happen i feel out of place all day.
40. i read my texts out loud. incoming and outgoing.
41. photograph it or it didn't happen.
42. i have quite the sock drawer. i have more socks than anything else.
43. i always have a hair tie on me. long hair don't care and all, but sometimes all this hair gets in the way.
44. kissing... it's a beautiful thing! with the right person that is.
45. the only chap stick i'll buy is strawberry carmex.
46. i love watches. i have eight.
47. i want a denim jacket more than anything right now.
48. the one thing that makes me gag is when i watch someone spit. performing on the gym floor and other slippery surfaces we (the dance team) have to spit to make our shoes stick more. it use to not get to me but for some reason this year it does. ew... yeah yeah yeah. i know.
49. i love breakfast food, but i never eat it.
50. last but not least... i'm a mormon and i LOVE it!
